Linnéa Capital is an angel investment company linked to UIC. The structure is owned equally by business angels and investment firms on one side, and the state-owned Saminvest AB on the other.
The model combines early-stage financing with active ownership – investors who contribute not only capital, but also expertise, networks and strategic support.

The path to investment
For companies
Linnéa Capital gives selected UIC companies access to early-stage investment alongside continued business development support. The aim is to provide both capital and the right conditions for long-term growth.
- UIC Program
Your company is admitted to one of UIC’s later stage business development programmes and passes the incubator’s selection process. - Initial investment
Companies that meet the criteria are offered an initial investment of minimum SEK 600,000 from Linnéa Capital. - Business development
Alongside the capital, you gain access to UIC’s coaching, network and business development support. - Follow-on investment
Selected business angels and Saminvest are given the opportunity to make follow-on investments as your company grows.
