Build the structure you need to move forward
UIC Build combines hands-on workshops and seminars with tailored business coaching. You’ll learn how to validate and refine your business model, set clear and actionable goals, build a strong team, communicate your unique value, and pitch to investors. By the end of the program, you should have a solid pitch deck and a clear execution plan for your next phase.
Our experienced business developers work closely with you to challenge assumptions, test your idea, and help you move forward faster while avoiding common pitfalls. Together with UIC’s partner network, we support you in taking your venture from early traction to the next stage of growth.

UIC Build runs for three months with approximately one meeting a week.

To apply to UIC Build, you need to have a properly thought through business model and you are expected to have verified and tested your business idea towards customers.
You need to have:
* A limited company (“Aktiebolag”) set up.
* Innovative business idea (e.g. not consulting services, restaurants or non-profits)
* Sustainable idea (in line with the UN’s Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development)
* Growth potential (ability to scale the business)
